📦 Null Mark – Exchange Policy

At Null Mark, we want you to feel fully confident with every purchase.
If something doesn’t fit or you want a different size, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Exchange

You can request an exchange if:

  • The item is in original condition (unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached).

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item has no perfume, stains, or wear.

  • The product is not from the Clearance / Final Sale section.


Items Eligible for Exchange

  • Clothing (pants, tees, hoodies, jackets, etc.)

  • Accessories (if unused and in original packaging)

Not eligible:

  • Underwear or personal items

  • Customized, altered, or limited-edition items (if stated on product page)


Exchange Process

  1. Contact us through:

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Item name

    • Size you want to exchange to

    • A clear picture of the product

  3. Once approved, send the item back via courier:

    • You will receive the return address and instructions.

  4. After we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be shipped.


Shipping Costs

  • Customer pays the return shipping fee.

  • Null Mark covers the shipping of the new item (Egypt only).

  • If the requested size is unavailable, you’ll receive a store credit.


Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a wrong or defective item, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will replace it immediately at no extra cost.
