At Null Mark, we want you to feel fully confident with every purchase.
If something doesn’t fit or you want a different size, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Exchange
You can request an exchange if:

The item is in original condition (unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached).

The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item has no perfume, stains, or wear.

The product is not from the Clearance / Final Sale section.
Items Eligible for Exchange

Clothing (pants, tees, hoodies, jackets, etc.)

Accessories (if unused and in original packaging)
Not eligible:

Underwear or personal items
-
Customized, altered, or limited-edition items (if stated on product page)

Once approved, send the item back via courier:

You will receive the return address and instructions.

After we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be shipped.
Shipping Costs

Customer pays the return shipping fee.
-
Null Mark covers the shipping of the new item (Egypt only).

If the requested size is unavailable, you’ll receive a store credit.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a wrong or defective item, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will replace it immediately at no extra cost.
